BASIC PURPOSE
Supervises Molding, Tooling, and Facilities Engineering. Responsible for the following services including: Molding, Aluminization, Hardcoat, Flowcoat, Capacity Planning, Tooling Design, Molding and Coating Launch Management, and operator responsibility for APQP and implementation of new technology.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Develops strategy for all technical aspects of the plant and production processes; ensures uptime and usability of tools and major equipment necessary for production. Anticipates current and future capacities of all production related equipment. Supports new product design and development activities for molding.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

10+ years of industrial engineering and/or manufacturing experience.
BSME or equivalent discipline degree required.
Knowledge of product and plant functions.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
